About CE Credit

Glidewell Dental Laboratories is pleased to offer a wide array of free CE credit. Participants with a passing score (score of 70 percent or higher) will receive a Verification of Participation from Glidewell Education Center. Glidewell Education Center recommends that you keep the original copy of the Verification of Participation for your records. If you are audited, you may need to submit this documentation to your state's examination authority.

Continuing education credits for participation in the CE activity may not apply toward license renewal in all licensing jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the CE requirement of his/her licensing or regulatory agency.

The Academy of General Dentistry will notify AGD members of credits earned. Visit www.agd.org for more information.

Follow these steps to receive CE credit:

1. Watch a DVD program on our website.
2. Complete the related CE test.
3. Submit the test to Glidewell Education Center.

To submit tests to Glidewell Education Center for CE credit:

1. Online
   
   a. Complete the test form.
   b. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the test form.
   c. Complete the Evaluation form.
   d. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the evaluation form.
   
   
2. Print Screen, Then Mail or Fax
