Meet Our Educators
Michael DiTolla, DDS, FAGD
Director of Clinical Education & Research | Editor-in-Chief, Chairside magazine
Dr. Michael DiTolla joined Glidewell Laboratories in 2001, after 13 years in private practice. Because he works in a laboratory setting, Dr. DiTolla has an intimate knowledge of American dentists and their crown & bridge habits. He uses this unique perspective to compile case studies, preparation techniques and clinical videos that show dentists how to most efficiently handle everyday dental situations.
Dr. DiTolla lectures nationwide on topics ranging from crown & bridge to esthetic dentistry. He also shares his insights as editor-in-chief and clinical editor of Chairside magazine, published by Glidewell Laboratories. Additionally, Dr. DiTolla has a bimonthly column on restorative dentistry in Dental Economics and is a clinical evaluator for CR Foundation.
A 1988 graduate of University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, Dr. DiTolla was awarded Fellowship in the AGD in 1995. Dr. DiTolla was recently awarded with the 2011 DrBicuspid Dental Excellence Award for "Most Effective Dentist Educator."

Bradley C. Bockhorst, DMD

Dr. Brad Bockhorst received his doctorate from Washington University School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, he served as a Navy Dental Officer stationed at the now closed USMCAS El Toro in Irvine, Calif.
Dr. Bockhorst is known for his unique perspective that incorporates both clinical and industrial backgrounds. In his role of Director of Clinical Technologies at Glidewell Laboratories, his primary responsibility is management of Inclusive® Digital Implant Treatment Planning Services. He is also editor-in-chief and clinical editor of Inclusive magazine.
In addition to these roles, Dr. Bockhorst also continues to lecture internationally on dental implant topics ranging from basic restoration to digital implant treatment planning. He also works in a private practice focused on implant prosthetics in Mission Viejo, Calif. Dr. Bockhorst is a member of the Orange County Dental Society, CDA, ADA, the Academy of Osseointegration, International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
