ERKODENT® offers a wide variety of thermoforming discs. We also provide you with tools and accessories to achieve more productive results during trimming and polishing. All ERKODENT thermoforming discs are manufactured using medical grade material and precision extruding methods for the highest level of biocompatibility and tolerances. ERKODENT is an ISO certified manufacturer and all materials are CE marked according to the EEC guidelines.

The most popular thermoforming disc material is ERKOLOC-pro: a clear, transparent material with a hard/soft double layer. ERKOLOC-pro is popular because of its durability and soft inner layer of 1 mm polyurethane. The hard outer layer of co-polyester is very tough, and is available in 2-5 mm thicknesses. It is easily polished and can be modified with cold cure acrylics.
