Case Description: The patient had multiple esthetic complaints about her smile. Tooth # 9&10 had been endodontically treated and there were failing composites. She was also unhappy with her gummy smile. Teeth #2-12 are now Prismatik CZ crowns and teeth #13-15 is a Prismatik CZ bridge. Prismatik CZ crowns allow light transmission yet are dense enough to hide discolored tooth structure.

Case Description: The patient presented with graying PFM crowns. A 3-unit Prismatik CZ bridge was placed on teeth #6-8. Single-unit Prismatik CZ crowns were placed on tooth #5, #9, #10 and #11. The zirconia understructure of Prismatik CZ prevents gingival graying.

Case Description: The patient presented with a failing bridge and crowns. A Prismatik CZ bridge was placed on teeth #5-7 and single-unit Prismatik CZ crowns were placed on tooth #3, #4 and teeth #8-12.

Case Description: The patient presented with an anterior smile line that was short and discolored. Prismatik CZ crowns were placed on teeth #7-9 to provide the esthetics the patient desired. Individual Vivaneers No-Prep Veneers were placed on teeth #4-6 and #10-13.

Case Description: The patient presented with recurrent decay. Prismatik CZ crowns were placed on teeth #7-10. Vivaneers No-Prep Veneers were used on teeth #4-6 and #11-13 to finish the smile.
