The Screw Retained Denture from NobelProcera® has proven to be an effective replacement for removable prosthesis. A verification jig is made from an implant level impression and its fit is verified in the mouth. This jig is then sent to the NobelProcera manufacturing facility for scanning. The scanner data of the jig and the individual implant platforms are transferred to a design station where the one-piece framework is finalized. After design, it is milled from either a single piece of titanium or hardened zirconia for a precision fit of less than 20 microns. It offers excellent predictability, esthetics and function.
Each Screw Retained Denture is priced to include CAD/CAM precision milled titanium bars from Nobel Biocare, premium VITA® denture teeth, all labor, model and die work, analogs, set-ups, bite blocks, try-ins and verification jigs.
