Introduction
This case study is presented using the prescribed guided system SimPlant with Facilitate and Navigator. Figure #1 The Scan Appliance sets the standard for the entire case. It is utilized during your patient's CT scan. It shows the proper tooth position during the virtual planning.

Send us the DICOM files with your digital Rx and we will plan the case based on your prescription.

Once we have approval of the digital plan, we can order your SurgiGuide (bone, tissue or tooth level).

The SimPlant™ package includes the appliance you will need for the CT scan, your virtual plan and your SurgiGuide.

A stereolithographic model of the patient's jaw is included with bone level SurgiGuides.
