Designed to thermoform and imprint the opposing bite for optimum fit, this unit includes a touchless temperature control, reserve vacuum, preprogrammed settings and a touch panel screen. No compressed air supply is required – simply plug it in to begin thermoforming.
ERKODENT® Thermoforming Discs: All ERKODENT thermoforming discs are manufactured using medical grade material and precision extruding methods for the highest level of biocompatibility and tolerances. The ERKOLOC-pro is a clear, transparent material with a hard/soft double layer. ERKOLOC-pro is popular because of its durability and soft inner layer of 1 mm polyurethane. The hard outer layer of co-polyester is very tough, and is available in 2-5 mm thicknesses. It is easily polished and can be modified with cold cure acrylics. |
