If you’d like to outsource but wish to retain control of your restorative designs, purchase the 3Shape™ Scan & Design System. Save $17 per case when sending digital design files ($10 per case savings, plus eliminate one-way $7 shipping). Scan and design your crowns, copings/ bridge frameworks or implant abutments in CAD, and e-mail or upload the designs to our lab. Upon arrival, we mill and sinter your restorations using CAM technology and return them to your lab in four working days or less. Another option is for us to mill your restorations and you color, sinter, stain and glaze. This saves you an additional $10 per unit and requires just three working days.
The 3Shape Scan & Design System includes the D700 or D710 scanner, DentalDesigner™ software, PC/monitor/keyboard/mouse and a two-day hands-on training course. Purchase this easy-to-use 3-D CAD system and gain access to the most advanced 3-D scanning technology available. Thanks to its 2-camera, 3-axis motion systems, the D700 and D710 scanner offer high accuracy, versatility and excellent scan speed. Price includes complete management software. Optional AbutmentDesigner™ module is also available for purchase.
Multi-Die Scanning on the D710 will provide your lab with ultra-efficient batch and multi-case processing capabilities. Dies for one or more cases are fixed to the Multi-Die plate, and scanning of the dies is automatic, freeing the technician to work with other tasks.
In addition to these common configurations, Glidewell Laboratories also offers a variety of valuable custom-tailored add-ons for your lab. This includes the Implant Bar and Bridge Design module, Removable Partial Design module, OrthoAnalyzer module, and Sirona Output module. |
