Prismatik CZ Press™ and Prismatik CZ Porcelain™ are the newest additions to the Prismatik line of ceramic products, and are designed for the pressing or layering of porcelain powder over YTZP zirconia-based substructures.
Prismatik CZ Press ingots were designed for laboratories that prefer to press to zirconia substructures. With a flexural strength of 130 MPa, it is available in a variety of shades to match all VITA® shade guides plus various bleach shades. Prismatik CZ Press ingots are 2.5 grams, and are offered in pre-blended or dentin shades.
Prismatik CZ Porcelain is a leucite-reinforced ceramic that exhibits vitality and is easy to handle. These reliable powders are intended for traditional build-up, and have 125 MPa of flexural strength with a CTE of 9.7. For ease of use, they are bottled in 10-gram jars and are available in 16 standard VITA® shades and three bleach shades.
