TECHNICAL NOTES
If an adjustment is required on the ceramic, ALWAYS CEMENT OR BOND INTO PLACE BEFORE PROCEEDING. Then use a fine diamond with water and air to keep the crown cool. To contour the ceramic, polish with a pink rubber wheel and diamond polishing paste (Brassler, Shofu and Vident).
Caution: While the recommended glazing temperature is 930° Celsius, the porcelain is very prone to slumping if the oven is not calibrated correctly. Therefore, FOR BEST RESULTS RETURN CROWN TO LAB FOR RESTAIN AND/OR REGLAZE. We cannot guarantee any crown not fired by us.

INDICATIONS / CONTRAINDICATIONS
NobelProcera Crown Zirconia is indicated for single-unit crowns. NobelProcera Bridge Zirconia is indicated for bridges up to 14 units, with a max 2-pontic span between abutments. Cercon is indicated for full coverage crowns and bridges throughout the mouth. Cercon is indicated for bridges up to 5 units and/or 38 mm total span. Cercon can be used in the anterior as well as the posterior.
Cercon should not be used on patients with malfunctional occlusion such as bruxers or clenchers. Cercon should not be used as abutments for cast partials. Cercon should not be used in situations when preparation requirements cannot be achieved. Cercon is not indicated for inlays, onlays or veneers.

PREPARATION
Use typical all-ceramic preparation parameters: Chamfer or 90° rounded shoulder; 1.5 - 2.0 mm facial reduction, 2 mm flat occlusal reduction (no fossa prep), and no sharp angles. No bevels or deep shoulder preps. These are necessary to allow for best scanning capabilities.
Chamfer Margins - Correct preparation of the chamfer margins interproximally allows the appropriate bulk of porcelain.
