Why do the Streaming video presentations stop or pause?
The most common cause of a stop or pause is Internet traffic congestion or low bandwidth. You may need to upgrade to higher speed service or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be experiencing high traffic volume. Please contact your ISP for more information.

Do I need to upgrade my Internet Browser?

What are the minimum computer specifications required to watch Glidewell Videos?

Is a Firewall blocking my video presentation?
Some corporate networks and Internet Service Providers block video transmissions. If you cannot see video (even though your system meets the system requirements), you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider or Network Administrator to see whether a security Firewall is blocking video transmission.
QUICKTIME & DOWNLOADS
How do I download a Quicktime video?
Click on a video title to download. Click on the Share button on the bottom of the player window. A "Share Video" page will appear. If the video is available for download, a "Download" link will be listed under "More Ways to View This Video". The link will take you to our complete list of Video Education materials available for downloading or for order on DVD. Right click on the link under the video title you would like to download. Choose "Save Target As..." on a PC or "Save Link As..." on a Mac computer.

QuickTime is our default player for Downloads.

Can I play the downloaded QuickTime file in iTunes or on my iPod?
All of our Downloads are iTunes and iPod compatible. You may need to upgrade to the latest version of iTunes.

Why does it take so long to download?
Download times vary depending on your network speed, file size and a number of other factors. We chose to offer high-quality video and audio for download. This increases the file size and download time, but provides you with clear, detailed sound and images.

The QuickTime logo displays in my browser but the video won't download.
The video is loading in your browser instead of downloading to your computer. To Download, right-click on the "Download" link on the video page. Use the browser dialog to save the linked file to your computer. For example, in Internet Explorer, right-click and choose "Save Target As", in Safari, right-click and choose "Download Linked File".
VIDEO SHARING
How can I send a video to a friend?
Click on a video title to share. Click on the Share button on the bottom of the player window. A "Share Video" page will appear with a "Copy Link" text field. Highlight the enclosed link by dragging your cursor over it. You may then copy and paste the link to your composed e-mail (or anywhere else of your choosing).

How can I share a video with all my friends using social media?
Click on a video title to share. Click on the Share button on the bottom of the player window. A "Share Video" page will appear with options for sharing the video through social media options such as Facebook or Twitter. Click on the appropriate icon to post a link (account required).

How do I download a Quicktime video?
Click on a video title to download. Click on the Share button on the bottom of the player window. A "Share Video" page will appear. If the video is available for download, a "Download" link will be listed under "More Ways to View This Video".
