Shipping Rates
Ship your case to Glidewell using FedEx and pay just $7 each way ($14 round-trip per box; contiguous U.S. only). Rush service available for most products, but must be prescheduled; call 1-800-944-7874 before the case is shipped. Time of case pick-up and delivery may affect turnaround time.
