Overnight your case to Glidewell using FedEx and pay just $7 each way ($14 round-trip per box; contiguous U.S. only). Rush service is available for most products, but must be prescheduled; call 800-944-7874 before the case is shipped. Time of case pickup and delivery may affect turnaround time.

USPS Priority Mail
Inbound: No charge with our prepaid USPS Priority Mail shipping label.
Prepaid USPS Priority Mail inbound shipping labels can be ordered by calling Customer Service at 800-854-7256. Shipments typically arrive at the lab in 2–3 business days. We recommend placing your sealed case box in a Priority Mail bag (available from your post office). Then, affix our prepaid USPS Priority Mail shipping label to the outside.
Outbound: $6
Shipments will arrive at your office in 2–3 business days. Each shipment has a bar code with a tracking number to track the package en route to your office.
UPS
Inbound: UPS does not offer indirect billing service. However, you are welcome to set up your own UPS account, after which you claim responsibility for all shipments and charges.

Save money when you send two or more cases in a single case box. Simply pack more than one case into your case box; your account will be charged just $7 per box each way when you use FedEx. Bundle today and see your savings start stacking up tomorrow!
To send a case:
Completely fill out prescription. Please check all required boxes to ensure your Rx specifications are met. Then, carefully package your case, including your prescription, and tape box securely shut. We ask that you follow these steps when packing your case:
- 1) Place foam on bottom of box
- 2) Separate models, and secure impressions and bites
- 3) Arrange contents in a plastic bag for proper infection control
- 4) Place foam on top of contents
- 5) Add prescription
- 6) Tape box securely shut
When bundling cases, separate the cases in plastic bags and staple prescription to the outside of each bag for accurate identification.
Once box is securely taped shut, attach a Glidewell preprinted FedEx shipping label to top. Please note that you must use a preprinted Glidewell shipping label to avoid being billed by FedEx at a much higher cost. To request additional preprinted labels or shipping supplies, please contact Customer Service.
If you are sending a prescheduled rush case, write RUSH on the outside of the box/package, as well as on the prescription.
