A Rebuilt Molar in Just One Appointment
This patient’s fractured molar had gone untreated for some time. There was insufficient tooth structure remaining for the preparation once all decay had been removed, requiring the clinician to create a light-cured buildup. An Obsidian crown was milled, crystallized, stained and glazed chairside, ultimately enabling the delivery of a single-appointment esthetic solution.
