We offer shipping supplies for free, including: FedEx Airbills, USPS Business Reply, labels, bags, case boxes, and Rx Forms. Go to our Order Case Supplies page to get shipping supplies delivered overnight. If you prefer, call us at 855-289-9657.

Overnight your case to Glidewell using FedEx and pay just $9 each way ($18 round-trip per box; contiguous U.S. only). Rush service is available for most products, but must be prescheduled; call 888-560-3268 before the case is shipped.

Additional Shipping Options

USPS Business Reply Mail

  • Inbound: No charge with our prepaid USPS Business Reply Mail shipping label. Prepaid USPS Business Reply Mail inbound shipping labels can be ordered by calling Customer Service at 888-560-3268. Shipments typically arrive at the lab in 2–4 business days. We recommend placing your sealed case box in a Priority Mail bag (available from your post office). Then, affix our prepaid USPS Business Reply Mail shipping label to the outside. Please note, USPS Business Reply Mail does not have a tracking number.
  • Outbound: $15 Shipments will arrive at your office in 2–4 business days. Each shipment has a bar code with a tracking number to track the package en route to your office.

USPS: Shipments are typically delivered in 2–4 business days. (Please see Additional Shipping Options for details about USPS Inbound Business Reply and Outbound USPS Priority Mail shipping.)

  • Inbound: No charge with our prepaid USPS Priority Mail shipping label.
  • Outbound: $10
